1. 12-16 years of (Genesys PureEngage) Contact center experience
2. Experience in Driving Cloud based Contact center deployment across countries
3. Able to manage Customer and vendor stakeholder for complex delivery
4. Must be able to adhere the customer project delivery standards
5. Should have experience in working with technical team and business to drive desired program outcome
6. Should have experience in Program/Project management
7. Periodic review of contact center CSAT with the marketing and business users
8. Excellent customer facing and communication skills Ability to articulate and create clear observations analysis and conclusions based on customer needs
9. Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
10. Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Cloud Foundry, AWS,…
11. Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
