Summary/Objective

Responsible for the ongoing success of the sales channel partner strategy providing leadership, support, and direction for new and existing partners to ensure business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Drive programmatic pipeline growth and establish loyalty with channel partners
  • Provide accurate forecasting and identify and track relevant metrics of success
  • Manage and develop a cross functional team of partner marketing and account managers
  • Sustain and encourage internal stakeholder alignment with sales and marketing leads and their teams
  • Manage the communication of products, features and marketing campaigns
  • Resolve partner-customer conflicts and build mindshare within NetDocuments’ Professional services and support teams
  • Design go-to-market plans, and understand partner sales processes to capitalize on opportunities for NetDocuments
  • Recruit new partners and persuade decision makers to include NetDocuments in their go-to-market and selling strategies
  • Be an expert on the industry: follow the latest industry news, attend events regularly, network heavily, and have a systematic approach to Identifying market trends

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related area or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in enterprise software with significant strategic partner experience

Preferred Experience

Proven results in Sales and channel successful customer deployments with partners

Technically savvy experience with underlying hardware, OS, devices, mobility, software and web technologies
