Tesla is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Staff Program Manager to drive discrete projects, programs, and strategic initiatives in all aspects of remarketing in North America including vehicle trade-in, inspection, quality, wholesale, pricing, sales, customer support, and financial management. In this role you will work cross-functionally with New Vehicle Sales, Delivery, Service, and Logistics organizations, with contracted service providers, and interact regularly with Remarketing leadership.


Responsibilities:

Manages multiple high profile remarketing programs and initiatives that directly support efficient and effective operations of the remarketing business unit as well as overarching company objectives.
Actively engages in continuous review of efficiency metrics to identify and scope optimization opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects.
Serves as coach / mentor for team with focus on developing technical and business skills through clear establishment of plans, goals, and deliverables.
Implements systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans. Participates in project definition, scoping, and option analysis activities.
Effectively and succinctly communicates program progress and status in diverse forums including to Tesla executive leadership. Fosters strong relationship with the operations, sales, customer support, and delivery teams.
Where operations are completed by contracted providers, pursues adherence to contract terms, levels of service, and obtaining best value for Tesla.
Fosters a professional, respectful, and welcoming work environment, while maintaining Tesla standards for personal and operational excellence.


Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity and scope including financial modeling, operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.
Demonstrated communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.
Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of best practices, track record of detail oriented and self-motivated approach to resolving complicated and/or high-profile problems.
Exceptional project and system management skills.
Passionate and high energy, possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes.
4-Year degree in related logistics/supply chain field.
