    Dealership experience required. Proven performer with strong track record of leading others and the ability to aid and instruct your team so they are properly trained. A firm understanding of warranty process with manufacturers. Organized with attention to detail in time management and communication skills with your employees as well as customers. High CSI is of the utmost importance.
