Currently seeking a Senior Vice President-Talent Acquisition for a position in Moorpark, CA.

Job Duties:

  • This position will Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organization’s visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets.
  • SVP, Talent Acquisition will provide leadership, strategic and cross-functional direction to support our all of the businesses while driving enterprise advancement and collaboration across the talent acquisition function and community.
  • Reports directly to the EVP, Human Resources and has oversite of the FVP, Talent Acquisition and directs
  • Serve as a key member of TA leadership team which provides strategic direction and assumes responsibility for executing key enterprise-wide initiatives, including setting strategic and tactical direction, enterprise and segment goals and objectives and development of joint plans to achieve goals and objectives
  • Define and administer comprehensive talent acquisition discipline to attract and assess highly talented and trained resources.
  • Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates company’s employee value proposition in order to attract top talent
  • Partner with division leaders and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions including: Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding
  • Equip organization with an effective staffing strategy including proactive workforce planning, talent assessment and placement, to yield timely and effective hiring.
  • Work in collaboration with leadership to structure and implement market-competitive compensation solutions to engage and reward talent for delivering desired business results.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 10+ years experience creating strategic talent programs that support aggressive business growth in a highly specialized and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading a high performing talent acquisition team.
