Senior-Level Engineer / Project Manager / Land Planner

MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. is currently seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for the Land Division in our Raleigh, NC office. Candidates for this position should have 10 -15+ years of experience in private land development in the Raleigh/Durham Market Areas, be proactive in the establishment of new clients and maintenance of existing clients.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in planning, research, and evaluation of new market areas. Sensitive to business interests and profitability.

  • Experience managing medium to large scale projects; technically competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of land development.

  • Have the ability to manage multiple project budgets, schedules, and County reviews; and communicate regularly with Clients and Company Principals to assure quality and timely completion of projects

  • Promotes goals and objectives of the firm and is an effective team builder, leader and motivator.
