The Issuer Services business delivers bespoke capital market transaction services to a wide variety of clients including banks, corporations, lawyers and governments around the world. Specific transaction services are delivered in connection with Corporate Debt, Restructuring, Structured Finance, M&A, Project Finance and Depositary Receipts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and code bond calculations, compliance scripts, and validation tools.
- Evaluate and create financial models from governing legal agreements for structured finance products.
- Create reconciliation and validation tools for processing periodic structured finance payments.
- Design reports for external clients.
Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in the ABS/MBS/CDO industry strongly preferred. Specifically, in the areas of deal structure, loan level servicer collateral processing, and familiarity with current industry trends. Prior programming experience is highly desirable.
Skills/Competencies
Must be highly competent with Excel, Access, and bond scripting.
- Proficiency with Python, VBA, SQL, COGNOS, ASAP/CoPPS, and Talend (or other ETL tool) experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with cash-flow/tax modelling and reverse engineering of securitized products is preferred.

Degree(s): BA/BS is required. MBA or advanced software certification is a plus.
