    Short Description: We need a resource w/ both SCRUM Master and Business Analyst skills. User stories will be captured in Azure DevOps.

    NOTE: The project is a joint effort between Research Information Service and the client to create an application that will provide therapy / protocol information to partners across the world. This application will be developed on Microsoft Azure, so experience with cloud technologies and Azure DevOps is highly desired.
