    CEIs client in Centennial is looking for a Scrum Master for ongoing and new Application Development projects. This resource will also be responsible for coaching stakeholders, developers, and team members on the benefits of the Agile / Scrum Methodology.

    *This contract role has an expected duration of 12 MOS with the potential of converting to a permanent role, and the starting pay is $60.00 / HR + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

    Responsibilities:

    • Encourage creativity, organization, and improvement of Agile Software Development Practices
    • Lead and facilitate weekly sprint and daily SCRUM meetings
    • Create, Manage, and update detailed project plans
    • Manage App Development projects using JIRA or similar tracking tools
    • Develop thorough knowledge of products through research and discovery
    • Write, clarify, validate prioritize and discuss user stories to be used in the design and development of technical solutions
    • Preform User Acceptance Testing to determine project status, velocity, and backlogs
    • Assists the Product Owner with maintaining the product backlog, backlog refinement and makes recommendations regarding the prioritization of requirements

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Experience in an Agile Software Development Environment
    • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
    • Ability to tailor Agile methodologies as appropriate to meet business and technology needs
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with other teams
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
