Project Description:

  • We are seeking a SCRUM Master in Charlotte, NC
  • Must be local or willing to relocate at own expenses.
  • This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Must be able to work on W2.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience with strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts (especially Scrum, Kanban)
  • General knowledge of scaled agile (SAFe, LeSS)
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
  • Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
  • Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
  • Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team’s progress.
  • Displays excellent communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, consistently demonstrates initiative to take ownership of resolving issues and gaps
  • Expert knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards
  • Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objective
