Regional Sales Manager – Orlando, FL

Our Regional Sales Manager enjoy a healthy earning potential while truly making a difference with our customers ($50k base salary plus uncapped commission!). As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be:
– Communicating daily goals with necessary inside sales team leads and agents by utilizing KPI process.
– Maintain updated reports for National Sales Manager to successfully record daily goals and targets set
– Work with team members to develop their full potential and provide challenging targets
– Develop and maintain a rewards and recognition program
– Willing to interview, hire, and train employees
– Direct and carry out supervisory responsibilities such as: time and attendance, performance management, progressive discipline, etc. in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

The right candidate will have the following skills:
– MUST have call center experience
– 3 years of inside or outside sales experience.
– Bachelor’s Degree or three years of related experience and/or training.
– Works well in a fast paced dynamic atmosphere.
– Computer confident using applications such as web based programs and Microsoft outlook.
We currently have shifts available Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm
