The President/CEO of GigglesWorld Corporation in Fishkill, NY is seeking a personal, executive assistant who will provide both business and personal high energy, administrative support. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Provide high level executive support to the President/CEO.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative duties including but not limited to: managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the CEOâs schedule to ensure his time is spent as efficiently as possible.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and insure all deadlines are met.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, on both business and personal matters.
- Act as liaison between CEO and business colleagues and employees by prioritizing needs.
- Responsible for managing all business and personal correspondence whether via email, phone or in person.
- Organize and arrange both professional and personal onsite and offsite meetings
- Maintain and organize all business and personal files
- Handle payment of personal bills and oversee business banking and operations to insure employees are doing their jobs properly.
- Be available at all reasonable times when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
Experience:
- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoftt Office: 5 years (Preferred)
