Federal Contract requires proof person is a US Citizen or US Resident / Green card Holder.
The Agile Coach will successfully guide the challenges of Agile adoption, while providing Agile experience to staff by guiding existing teams through real work.
Required :
In-depth understanding of the practices and principles of Agile and Agile Scrum and real-world experience in actual Agile and Agile Scrum organizations. The Agile Coach must have experience in managing multiple private and federal major Agile IT projects (specifically Scrum and Kanban).
- Experience as a trainer – development of training Agile programs/courses and/or delivering Agile training programs/courses.
- Evidence of experience as large federal sector project Scrum Master and/or leader of the development and delivery of Agile training (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Nice to have skills:
Agile and Project Management Certifications (nice to have, ranked in order below)
- PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
