The role:
Digital Project Manager
After opening our operations in the United States, we are looking for a Medical Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As we are established in other markets (Canada, France, Spain, Mexico, Switzerland…), the culture is like a start-up within a larger company – this means we have more resources and stability than a start-up would, but we still wear multiple hats and do what it takes to get the job done. We’re after someone with experience managing the delivery of digital projects from start to completion, including management of the team until delivery. This position represents the perfect crossroads of technology, Pharma, and business.
The role involves:
- Beginning to build a client network in the US Pharma industry for the US office
- Traveling around the country to meet prospective clients and to other countries to experience operations in our other offices
- Working on the strategic planning of the client’s business objectives
- Driving and delivering digital and non-digital campaigns to healthcare clients
- Day-to-day contact with clients
- Researching potential clients’ backgrounds and recent company events to cater communications to their needs
- Holding key responsibilities for coordinating resources from creative, studio and digital
departments
- Extraordinary attention to detail, quality control, and time management skills
- Building long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Taking an active / lead role in the preparation and presentation of proposals / material / presentations to clients
You’ll have:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience working within a Healthcare Advertising agency or Pharmaceutical company (with digital projects)
- A good sales personality, ensuring that you are prepared for rejection, and you know how to deal with it/sway opinions
- A collaborative working style, but also the ability to work independently
- An interest for all things digital and experience managing digital marketing projects
- Ability to learn quickly + drive work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Accuracy and timeliness in the execution of assigned tasks and detail oriented
- You’ve got a hard-earned bachelor’s degree in a related subject – or the equivalent on-the-job experience… and great communication skills
