Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent sales experience and a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic driving people to our wonderful club, are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

A perfect applicant will be excellent with sales, available for flexible hours (although we are looking primarily for the afternoons- 25 hours/week from 2/3-7pm), be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy club motivator, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.

Important: This is a managerial sales position. There are sales calls, emails, etc. involved! We never “cold call” anyone- simply reaching back out to those who requested information, following up with trials, and reaching out to our existing member base with promotions. Must be comfortable with achieving sales- we are looking for those who love making personable connections, to everyone, to help all achieve their goals in building a healthier lifestyle. Everyone may be different, but we need to be comfortable in person and on the phone as well 😉

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Membership Sales —

We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn’t feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire. All “sales” calls are directed for those who have already requested information to our wonderful establishment/environment.

We love being a part of the local community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in local/community events.

Member Experience —

The most important aspect of all! Does your club rock? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member’s and guest’s experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people?

Staffed Hours:

Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events. We are specifically looking for evening shifts J

Position is part time (with full time potential) starting at ~25 hours a week J

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to apply.

Compensation is between $14-17 an hour and may include additional commission bonuses, perks including cell phone coverage with future opportunities for a full time position with dental and health insurance.
