Job Summary
Responsibilities include supporting Operations through daily customer system and process issue resolution, project participation, troubleshooting, data maintenance and software test team management.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work alongside the team to handle support tickets and escalation resolution
· Support enterprise software (MS Office, Loan Origination, Accounting)
· Manage Government Service Entities (FNMA, GNMA, VA, Etc.)
· Manage IT personnel
· Support servers and desktops
· Support and manage web technologies like WordPress for company intranet.
· Familiarity with SQL and data reporting.
· Work closely with business partners in all departments to lead, communicate and execute necessary system and process enhancements, new initiatives, and internal changes
· Initiates and drives continuous improvement for the department, including developing and reporting on support trends, creating data models and capacity plans
· Loan/state/regulatory audit support and action plan execution
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
· Demonstrated successful leadership experience
· Demonstrated customer service skills
· Demonstrated success in executing changes and initiatives and achieving successful results
· Accurate and professional verbal and written communication skills
· Collaborative attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changes
· Ability to work independently and the knowledge as to when seek guidance
· Ability to quickly learn new software and technology
