About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned marketer to exponentially grow our member base in the US.
The Head of Marketing is responsible for the deployment of successful offline and online marketing initiatives as well as establishing strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors as we scale the business in the US market.
With in-depth knowledge of digital performance and social channels, and some experience in traditional marketing, you ensure all our channels work as a turbo-charged acquisition ecosystem. You’ll be challenged with scaling the acquisition of new customers within a target CPA, whilst employing a test, optimize, and review approach in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
Working closely with our agencies and the Growth team in London, you’ll use your analytical skills and creativity to plan, manage, report on and optimise marketing initiatives to drive both organic and paid growth and champion the US customer viewpoint.
Reporting to our Director of Growth, you’ll also work alongside a cross-functional team (Product, Studio, Retention, Delivery, Partnerships) to support TouchNote’s acquisition goals and improve conversions.

Requirements
Essential
- Ideally 5+ years’ B2C multi-channel marketing experience in an innovative business
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and scale
- Ability to self-initiate and lead agency teams to success
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with data and numbers
- Exceptional executor, critical thinker and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in creative development and best-practice in working with agencies
Highly Desirable
- Growth hacking strategies and funnel conversion experience.
- Experience in subscription or app marketing
- A customer-first mindset and experience in gaining audience insights.
- An understanding of brand marketing and the development of value propositions.
- Grit, passion and a positive can-do mindset
