Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experienced leader of Ad-Tech and Marketing Tech sales processes.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and the management of business projections across multiple product lines.
  • Track record of effective sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Track record of leading successful Sales teams and other managers effectively.
  • Understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem and technology, including exchanges, networks, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and trading desks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Display and Video 360 Sales people and work with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) vertical IDs, HOIs, and sales teams across the Specialty Retail Vertical. Develop effective relationships with clients and their marketing services agencies.
  • Manage Sales forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic Account plans, and prepare and conduct strategic sales engagements and technology sales processes. Collaborate and consult with major customers.
  • Generate growth from a set of priority accounts.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at targeted events and conferences.
  • Develop and mentor the careers of your team members with a focus on Global Business Organization (GBO) Attributes.
