Blockrize is a venture-backed startup creating the first-ever credit card that gives rewards in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. We’re a fast growing fintech building technology to revolutionize how cardholders earn credit card rewards.

We are looking for a Head of Growth to develop and implement our go-to-market strategy. They will be responsible for understanding our product’s position in the marketplace and ensuring a successful launch as well as continued growth post-launch. This candidate will be one of the first ten employees of the company which will allow them to contribute in a significant way. This position offers competitive salary and equity compensation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help refine the brand so as to resonate with our target demographic
  • Gain a full understanding of the core value proposition of our product and how to effectively market it to potential cardholders
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy
  • Integrate partner distribution channels into the overall growth strategy
  • Design and manage an effective flywheel
  • Influence UI/UX to ensure strong user growth and retention
  • Ensure lowest CAC through extensive A/B and channel testing

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a growth or marketing position
  • Strong knowledge of relevant KPI’s
  • Deep understanding of a product’s role in growth
  • Fintech experience (preferable but not required)

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capacity
  • Ability to balance and execute on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Passion for startups, new technology, and cryptocurrency (preferred)
