Will be an integral leader of our Customer Happiness Team. You’re not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and help our support team crank through tickets. You are an expert at using Zendesk, Stripe, and handling billing, refunds, and payment processing issues.

On any given day, you’ll be doing one or all of these things:

  • Troubleshoot and find simple solutions to customer issues early, late and often.
  • Absolute passion in being the voice of 6YA to our customer
  • Ability to deliver delight through written correspondence and email or phone support
  • Tech savvy and able to gracefully guide the 6YA Community through our app and site
  • Strong critical thinking skills when applied to technical and non-technical issues

  • Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Technical Aptitude
  • Analytical and Creative
  • 4+ years experience in a previous Customer Support role
  • Experience with Zendesk (or similar ticketing system)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
