What weâre looking for
Cross Riverâs Banking-as-a-Service team works to enable fintechs to diversify their offerings and grow their business by using our payment processing API products, a part of our Banking-as-a-Service technology. As Head of Channels, you will be managing relationships with partners who bring business to Cross River. These partners are sophisticated FIntechs and the relationships require coordination of sales pipelines and combined products. In this role your ultimate goal is to deliver revenue growth by improve customer consumption, implementing customer presentations, oversee sales accounts, and create plans for market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new and exiting channel partners to increase product sales
- Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services
- Identify, recruit, and on-board new channel partners to build business
- Coordinate with partners to identity new business opportunities for revenue generation
- Education partners on product portfolio and services
- Work with partners to conduct product presentations to end users
- Provide proposals, quotations and pricings to partners
- Analyze sales contracts with respects to legal and financial perspectives
- Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity
- Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.
- Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information
- Introduce new products and its features to partners
- Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 10 years+ of experience in sales with at least 3 years in managing channel sales and partnerships
- 5 years + experience in banking, processor, or fintech
- A high performing sales leader with proven track record of consistently exceeding stabled goals and objectives in a high growth tech company
- A visionary who is future-oriented; strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire fellowership at all levels across the business and towards a common vision
- Experience in collaborating with sales, marketing, enablement and others to create a cross functional strategy
- MBA is a plus
