Waters Edge Church, VA is currently looking for a full-time, staff member to join our team in the position of Guest Experience Director. Position Expectations: You Will Be…

  • Working under the direct leadership of the Executive Director of Ministries.
  • Supervising and coaching campus staff to provide incredible guest experiences for new and returning guests on all WEC campuses.
  • Leading the strategy for volunteer Host Teams consisting of Parkers, Greeters, Guest Services, Kids Check-In, Hospitality, Ushers, and Connections.
  • Evaluating all Host Team environments and volunteers each week to guarantee consistency and culture throughout the church.
  • Developing the strategy to train all Host Team volunteers.
  • Creating and championing Next Steps for assimilating individuals in the church.
  • Overseeing budgets and resources to maximize our reach and influence.
  • Providing campuses with weekly communication, supplies, and resources.
  • Designing fun and attractive lobby experiences for special events & holidays.
  • Required to work all Sundays, holiday experiences, and other events outside of normal working hours (Team Trainings, Worship Nights, Special Events).
  • A team player working alongside other fun, vibrant, and creative staff members.
