We’re looking for a seasoned, driven and collaborative HR Operations leader to join the People team and deliver impactful HR services to Dropboxers. With the GPS team, you will lead a hardworking group of Dropboxers to drive implementation of operational project inventory, dashboards and deliver an excellent employee experience with strong vendor partnership. Leading with care and empathy, you and your team help to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Your team’s work also ensures Dropbox remains protected and compliant.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team that is responsible for all HR compliance programs at Dropbox, including: General HR Compliance, Mobility Tax Compliance, HR Data Integrity, and partnership with Legal and Internal Audit teams on cross-functional compliance program, including SOB, on-boarding background checks, RTW/work authorization, HRIS data integrity, M&A compliance and other areas related to HR compliance to meet the requirements
- Lead a team that is responsible for Ticket System Scorecard Management, HR Service Help Center, Immigration and Global Mobility, and cross-functional HR Ops projects that enhance both operational efficiencies and employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including process design, mapping, improvements, and automation
- Coach and mentor team members, playing an active role in developing expertise
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize operational effectiveness and employee experience
- Lead and influence with HR industry best practices and proven methodologies for process improvement, scalability and automation to support long-term growth
- Drive strategy and implementation of process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. that will enhance the employee experience and improve employee satisfaction
- Analyze and report metrics on HR systems activities in support of strategic decision-making initiatives and for ongoing measurement and continual improvement

Requirements

- Minimum of 12 years of HR operations and services experience responsible for global mobility, contingent workforce, HRIS, project management, and 3+ years of management experience
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills that will motivate and develop a high-performing operations team
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Ability to use data and analytics to influence and inform executive decision-making; and the ability to take a thoughtful data-driven approach to addressing challenges
- Strong project management skills with an organized approach to prioritizing, planning, and reprioritizing projects for self and direct reports
- Highly articulate and influential; able to crisply and credibly present, and affect change at all levels of the organization
