Fabrication Sales & Project Manager

Smucker Laser Cutting & Metal Fabrication (a division of Sam S. Smucker & Sons, Inc.) is a premier metal fabrication manufacturing firm serving clients in the South-Central Pennsylvania region. We provide laser cutting and metal fabrication services from manual prototyping to automated long run productions. We are growing and currently seeking a Fabrication Sales & Project Manager to join our team.

The Fabrication Sales & Project Manager’s job duties include the following:

• Lead the business development, sales, solution development, proposal delivery, close, implementation, and follow up processes.
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Achieve sales quotas and profit margins.
• Assist with estimating and project management processes.
• Lead a welding and fabrication team.
• Work with other department managers to maintain efficient operations.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

• Business development and sales experience.
• Strong communications and relationship building skills.
• Manufacturing experience (including machining, welding, and forming) and experience with metals are pluses.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks).
• Personal computer skills (including Microsoft Excel).
