    Town Village is an Independent and Assisted Living community located in the heart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

    We are looking for a Executive Director to join this thriving community.

    Executive Director

    The Executive Director oversees the planning, direction and implementation of all programs and policies of the company with a dedicated focus on resident services/relations, human resource oversight, financial management, and sales/marketing/census management. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration and execution of all community business across all product lines.

    Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Understand and ensure that all federal and state guidelines and regulations required to manage a licensed community are carried out consistently.
    • Lead the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the organization and the community.
    • Provide guidance in the hiring of other personnel.
    • Provide hands-on, direct leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing/census development function.
    • Responsible to effectively hire, train, manage, lead and motivate the team.
    • Fully responsible for the financials of the communities.

    Job Requirements:

    • College degree is REQUIRED. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Leadership or related fields.
    • Nationally recognized AL certification REQUIRED.
    • Assisted Living experience is a MUST.
    • Maintain excellent customer service.
    • Dedicated to complaint management and follow through.
    • Must have proven Leadership skills
    • Must have career progression focused on leading teams
    • Must have excellent communication skills.
