Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Effectively planning, organizing and coordinating administrative aspects of the chief executive office, providing research, and technological, meeting, calendar, and travel support.
- Participating at executive level meetings to provide administrative assistance. This position is often privy to confidential information and requires diplomacy and discretion.
- Will plan meetings, draft agendas and correspondence, respond to inquiries, and appropriately handle complaints.
- As the Office Manager, builds strong relationships with CEO, EVPs and executive assistants.
- Supervises, leads, and coordinates the day to day activities of the executive assistants and the functions and events of the executive suite.
- Ensures adequate office coverage and weekly plan for executive activities.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in related field required or equivalent years of experience. Bachelorâs degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative, secretarial, or other related work experience required. Prior leadership experience required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Professional Secretary Certification preferred. Member of International Association of Administrative Professionals or other business related organization preferred.

- Well organized and self-directed individual who relates to people at all organizational levels and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills to guide and mentor assistants through collaborative relationships, developmental opportunities and feedback.
- Demonstrates ability to work with sensitive information.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.) and office equipment.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary and grammar to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and decision-making skills to respond to high-pressure situations.
- Requires advanced project management skills. Demonstrates time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate executive’s activities and major functions of the executive suite.
