Catalyst Group is growing and we are looking for an executive assistant to assist the CEO and other team members operate the business as efficiently as possible. The position will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are typical of any office including answering phones, scheduling appointments, opening and sorting mail, etc. Additionally, the position will be responsible for shadowing the CEO, taking notes during meetings, creating action items within our system and developing proposals. This position requires a high degree of comfort with technology. It will be in a fast-paced environment and you will never have less than 10 things to do. This position is meant to build the employee’s skills in sales, technology sales, and customer service. It is designed for an individual who is highly motivated and wants to build a career in this ever-growing industry. The ideal candidate ought to be highly organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and ready to jump right into the action.

Responsibilities
– Schedule meetings for our CEO and maintain organized day-to-day procedures
– Help with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, payroll, etc.
– Standard administrative tasks (communication via phones, email, note-taking)
