Job Overview
Provides executive administrative support for the day to day operations of the President’s office. This position requires the highest level of accountability and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field and three to five years of previous work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems. Work requires proficiency in Microsoft Office 10 i.e. PPT, Excel, Calendar, Outlook and formalizing presentations and meeting minutes expertise. Strong interpersonal relationship skills , ability to interact effectively with multi disciplines, demonstrated ability to multi task and strong time management and organizational skills.
