Armor’s Mobile division specializes in high quality, fully customized mobile medical coaches. Customers can choose from fully customized units, pre-designed models, pre-owned vehicles, and refurbished coaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying existing and emerging niche market opportunities for their division’s products and ultimately growing the business at an average annual rate greater than 10%. Some key responsibilities include:
- Manage and motivate sales team to exceed objectives
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans
- Manage direct key customer relationships and multi-channel distribution networks
- Overall division P&L accountability
Required experience…
– Minimum 7 years’ experience in leading and driving a high-performance sales team to hit budgeted revenue
– Understanding of medical equipment sales
– Successful track record of P&L responsibility
– Preferred attributes: MBA, CRM experience
