This administrator will oversee the primary business functions and supporting operations of Sacred Heart Church and School. Position will report directly to the Pastor, and will be responsible for the overall management of the Parish, including staff and committees. Candidate must have a Bachelorâs Degree in business administration, finance, or related field, with 5+ yearsâ experience in operational and/or senior management. Position requires excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with direct and indirect reports/peers. Must be self-reliant and have the ability to problem solve with the goal of increasing productivity, improving operations, and growing the parish. Position is full-time and salaried (based on experience) with health benefits.
