Job Purpose: The Director of Loan Operations provides management, leadership and vision to all aspects of Loan Operations corporate wide and include loan servicing, post loan review and image records. This position will advise and asset department managers, officers and staff in their respective functions for retail and commercials groups of the bank. Responsible for the organization, workflow and administration of all groups reporting within this division. This role is a key partnership within the organization and works frequently with executive and senior management. Actively drive process efficiencies and improvements in products and services through innovation and partnership with core provider (IBS) and ancillary systems. Participates in special projects at all levels of the company related to non-credit operations. This position will help to ensure the highest customer service levels possible for all customer bases.
Job Responsibilities: This position will manage daily operations, development, testing of all core banking software including managing all work order processes and overseeing all parameter changes for core banking software related to the department. The incumbent will evaluate and improve process flows, new product offerings and maintain Bank Control Systems. This position will need to have a working understanding of commercial, retail, mortgage products. This position will address compliance and regulatory issues affecting operational areas and act on behalf of the company with internal and external auditors and examiners as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years in Bank Operations Leadership required
- Bachelorâs Degree preferred
