DrivenBrands has built many industry-leading brands, such as Meineke, Maaco, CarStar, 1-800 Radiator, & Take 5 Oil Change, across the Repair & Maintenance, Paint & Collision, Parts & Distribution, and Quick Lube spaces. Based out of Charlotte, NC, DrivenBrands is seeking accomplished, results-oriented individuals to drive growth within our existing brands and help the business expand into new verticals.
Position Overview:
The Director, Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving category strategy and buying efforts for indirect categories across the Driven Brands platform that directly benefit the companyâs franchisees, company-owned stores, and corporate office. Indirect categories include areas such as Store Operations, Building Services, Business Services, Real Estate, IT, Marketing, etc. These categories represent over $250M of spend within the growing Driven Brands system.
The Director, Indirect Procurement will act as a strategic advisor to all Brand Presidents, Functional Leaders, and Franchisees to identify annual and multi-year category priorities. Leading a team, the Director will be responsible for executing sourcing events, business performance improvement, and supplier management efforts to realize these opportunities.
Finally, the Director, Indirect Procurement will also be responsible for building indirect sourcing processes and leveraging sourcing technology to optimize the procurement process. This includes driving advancements in analytics, research, and negotiation capabilities within the team.
This role reports to the Vice President, Category Management.

Skill Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience
- Past experience directly managing Indirect Procurement sourcing events
- Past experience managing people directly or indirectly in a daily or project driven environment
- Experience in Retail, Services, or Franchise environment a plus
- Experience in a matrix organization a plus
- Experience with sourcing technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, etc a plus
