Position Summary/Position

Responsible for leading and driving Project Management maturity efforts at an enterprise level at IEHP. As Director of Enterprise Project Management Office, they will set direction and strategy and insure that project and program management methodology aligns with broader IEHP initiatives and standards. They will be responsible for developing, establishing, executing, leading, and enforcing all areas of the Enterprise Project Management Office in relation to planning, budgeting, project intake, oversight, delivery framework, methodology, project/program management, proves refinement, reporting and communication. They will lead a team that supports the entire IEHP project portfolio comprised of Information Technology and business projects. The goal of the Enterprise Project Management Office is to help the organization effectively manage projects in today’s complex, and evolving environment. The successful management of these projects has a direct impact on the organization’s members, providers and Team members. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Build and implement structure and governance to support the prioritization and execution of projects on time and on budget.

2. Champion successful project management within the organization by fostering the link between EPMO, Lean and operational units in alignment with organizational culture and strategy deployment.

3. Lead the EPMO through successful project execution while fostering an environment of coaching, mentoring and team engagement.

4. Partner with leaders to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the EPMO.

5. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to establish policies, procedures, delivery frameworks, and methodologies for effective project oversight and management in order to meet expectations for project execution, documentation, and ongoing operation.

6. Communicate with company leaders to implement and enforce policies and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of policies to recommend updates as needed.

7. Organize and lead operational and management meeting to review and analyze operational data including monthly operating reviews, release planning, incident management, change management and Project process review.

8. Ensure alignment with the different IT groups regularly work with business executive and c-level leadership to ensure that project plans, timelines and budgets align to business goals and objectives.

9. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong Enterprise PMO team and serving as the team’s executive and champion.

10. Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with IT and business leadership.

11. Provide clarity across the organization of PMO’s mission and vision and coordinate with IT and business leadership to gain consensus on go-forward plans and strategies.

12. Develop and maintain approaches that facilitate the dynamic modeling of the enterprise portfolio.

13. Coaching and mentoring ePMO team members and project and program managers.

14. Oversee the application of process improvement to the ePMO process of project, portfolio, and program and governance management. Work with the customers of the processes to standardize measure, control and continuously improve the processes leading to process predictability and sustainable competitive advantage. Supervisory Responsibilities Leader: Administers Hires, Terminations, and Performance Reviews Experience Qualifications

10+ years experience in project management, experience managing projects and portfolios. Demonstrated experience in PMI methodologies. Exposure to both project and portfolio management. Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, mathematics, accounting, public or business administration, or health care from an accredited institution required.

Significant applicable experience and 7,500 hours of project management experience may be considered in lieu of degree: In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience is required. Knowledge Requirement

Starting Salary: $130,478.00 – $166,358.00

Pay rate will commensurate with experience
