Full Job Description
Wild Mountain Ski Area and Taylors Falls Recreation in Taylors Falls, MN is seeking the right person to join our management team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. As part of the Wild Mountain management team, your role will be to provide great experiences for our guests and employees throughout their summer and winter activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Wild Mountain operations while performing all duties as required.
- Fulfill job specific work requirements.
- Assist in hiring, training and supervision of summer and winter staff.
- Assist in conducting annual staff reviews.
- Follow all proper SOPs and protocols to ensure the highest level of safety
- Provide a safe and fun environment for guests and staff
- Must be able to read, write and complete daily safety checklist in English
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and working conditions
- Actively mitigate any hazards that may come up or are seen
- Be actively involved in meetings so that the team can carry out our goals and objectives
- Work with Management and other key departments to keep our facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order
- Ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our guest

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ski industry or outdoor recreation experience – preferred
- High School or Equivalent – required
- Management and Supervisory experience – required
- Must be willing to work, nights, weekends and holidays – required
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather – required
- Valid Driver’s License – required
- Able to lift 50 lbs – required
- English Fluency – required
- Must have strong leadership abilities and good communication skills â required
- Must be comfortable giving directions and leading your staff â required
- Previous experience in Guest Services – required
- Maintain a safe work environment – required
- Be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time – required
- Must be a hard working team player – required
