    Wild Mountain Ski Area and Taylors Falls Recreation in Taylors Falls, MN is seeking the right person to join our management team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. As part of the Wild Mountain management team, your role will be to provide great experiences for our guests and employees throughout their summer and winter activities.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Wild Mountain operations while performing all duties as required.
    • Fulfill job specific work requirements.
    • Assist in hiring, training and supervision of summer and winter staff.
    • Assist in conducting annual staff reviews.
    • Follow all proper SOPs and protocols to ensure the highest level of safety
    • Provide a safe and fun environment for guests and staff
    • Must be able to read, write and complete daily safety checklist in English
    • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and working conditions
    • Actively mitigate any hazards that may come up or are seen
    • Be actively involved in meetings so that the team can carry out our goals and objectives
    • Work with Management and other key departments to keep our facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order
    • Ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our guest
    • Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ski industry or outdoor recreation experience – preferred
    • High School or Equivalent – required
    • Management and Supervisory experience – required
    • Must be willing to work, nights, weekends and holidays – required
    • Able to work outdoors in all types of weather – required
    • Valid Driver’s License – required
    • Able to lift 50 lbs – required
    • English Fluency – required
    • Must have strong leadership abilities and good communication skills – required
    • Must be comfortable giving directions and leading your staff – required
    • Previous experience in Guest Services – required
    • Maintain a safe work environment – required
    • Be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time – required
    • Must be a hard working team player – required
