Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working with stakeholders and advising on cloud strategy.
- 5 years of public and/or private cloud experience.
- Experience leading transformation/modernization projects with clients and/or their own company.
- Rockstar team building skills and able to recruit talent to execute on engineering intensive strategies.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

About The Job
As a CTO of Qumin a startup focused on revolutionizing the food industry through content and digital payments. You will be required to leverage your network and find the right developers to accomplish rigorous engineering tasks. This position is ideal for a high-achiever with an ability to easily take complex problems, and deliver teams clear concise tasks. It will be fundamental to the growth of Qumin to properly evaluate and assess which technologies to incorporate to effectively reduce costs and create highly scalable technology. This is an opportunity to be involved with a team of visionaries and passionate developers. We are in the seed stage if you have experience that will require you to rapid prototype products and create minimum viable products at a very fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with global companies as their technical advisor for the field of food technology.
- Identify cloud related productivity software design/development/deployment friction points from the customers’ perspective and rally teams to work through solutions.
- Work with customers and partners to define joint initiatives and co-create their transformation roadmap.
- Tell the Qumin innovation story and help translate it into actionable steps global companies can take towards adoption.
- Collaborate across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Qumin to the customer.
