Intake Desk provides exceptional call center intake services for mass tort injury attorneys. The Case Review Manager position is one of the most important roles in our company.
Our Case Review Department is in charge of organizing and verifying facts from prospective clients about their potential case, and at the same time providing the highest level of customer service leaving prospects feeling great about their experience.
Case Review Managers are charged with organizing facts, writing call summaries,and creating to do lists for follow up. Case Review Managers learn how to ask targeted questions that are relevant to each clients specific situation.
Case Review Managers will have an understanding of the background medical circumstances that are common for each case type we work on.
(Please note this is NOT a work from home position. We will need you to operate from our headquarters in Coconut Creek, FL)

Responsibilities:
- Receive call transfers from intake representatives to verify information with potential clients. Build a story line and verify facts regarding this situation.
- Be compassionate and patient while talking to prospective clients.
- Organize follow up tasks for missing items.
- Provide high levels of customer service and answer customer service or intake related questions prospective clients may have.
- Make follow up calls for missing items or document retrieval.
Required Work Experience
- Personal Injury, Workers Comp, SSD/Social Security Disability, Insurance Claims or Mass Tort Legal
- Experience working with computers and accurate typing is a must.
- Thorough and detailed oriented.
