Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. This position will serve as the Business Consultant for CIB COO Organization & Infrastructure Support for daily Infrastructure Support operations across CIB. This role will provide support for the COO of CIB, and the Team Member Lifecycle – Leads. This position will report directly to the Team Member Lifecycle – Leads.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to the CIB COO & Infrastructure Support Leadership
  • Facilitate onboarding/off boarding of team members; requests can consist of, but not limited to: Ordering equipment; Requesting systems access; Collection of equipment/deactivation (off boarding)
  • Provide support for Facilities Tasks; requests can consist of, but not limited to: Capacity Planning, HOST Seating only and Move Requests, Building Mgmt. ticket submissions, Wireless Requests, Phone requests
  • Providing support for larger projects managed by others
  • Facilitate and track furniture requests (CPG Assist)
  • Access Coordinator for site access including participation in quarterly review
  • Ad hoc requests of software, shared drives, hardware (pc, peripherals, telephony, mobility)
  • Conduct periodic BOTS matrices maintenance and revisions
  • Serve as proxy to oversee any expense approvals, necessary escalations or certifications
  • Partner with Administrative Support team in collective effort to ensure smooth facilities support process for CIB team members
  • Work collaboratively across all functional areas / develop strong lateral partnerships across all CIB leadership and executive support

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite, and all risk and compliance program requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

  • Experience with the hiring, onboarding, and space planning tool HOST


Other Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of corporate and investment banking industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the CIB COO organization
  • Experience with Facilities and on-boarding/off-boarding related tools (WANDA, Request Center, etc.)
  • CPG exposure, preferably within Wells Fargo Securities Group
  • Administrative support exposure, preferably within Wells Fargo Securities Group
  • Adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Lead projects as assigned.
  • Proven experience in identifying and resolving customer and production issues.
  • Experience developing and maintain partnerships with internal and business partners
  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo internal systems including but not limited to: HOST, BOTS, IAM, ACT, WANDA, ART, and Mobility Services.
