Role Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the VP, Marketing Platforms Leader, this role will be responsible for leading configuration, operation and maintenance of the Marketing Project Management platform (Workfront). The Marketing Platform Manager will lead the 3rd party application support team through daily issue resolution, access management and enhancement configuration. This role will be responsible for user communications and support throughout outages, scheduled maintenance and monthly platform enhancement releases.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • System administration – govern Workfront platform access and usage including:

    • Software Licenses- assess needs and monitor usage relative to the number and type of user Workfront licenses
    • User Access Management- lead support staff on new user set up, permissions and role profile
    • Client portfolio management- own portfolio hierarchy configuration and partner with cross functional teams on impact of changes to automation/ reporting
    • Project template and custom form governance- oversee all changes meet stakeholder and audit requirements
  • Lead development and documentation of Workfront platform operating support procedures; outage support, automation solutions, and enhancement testing
  • Serve as primary escalation contact for Workfront +800 user community to address daily issues and requests
  • Own supplier management responsibilities over SaaS 3rd party, Workfront Inc, including application performance, Level 3 support, and contractual service levels
  • Develop and manage beta testing rhythm of Workfront quarterly product releases and delivery of corresponding user communications, presentations and demos
  • Work with Marketing stakeholders and lead configuration efforts to onboard new business, implement enhancement requests and adapt the platform to match evolving business improvement initiatives
  • Partner with IT Agile build team on IT automation and system integration development, testing and release planning
  • Collaborate with IT Cosmos run team on resolving integration support issues, scheduled maintenance and DR testing
  • Develop deep understanding of technical infrastructure and platform capabilities to align with overall business strategy
  • Partner with Cosmos Platform Leader on ensuring platform decisions are guided by significance to the enterprise, risk management and impacts to the organization
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR in lieu of degree, +7 years of IT experience in financial services industry
  • A minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience with an emphasis on user support and application management required
  • Experience working with technical teams within the IT/Agile framework
  • Project management experience required


Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions strongly preferred


Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 70,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
