The Associate Vice President of Human Resources (AVP) plays a pivotal role in strategic leadership of the human resources function. Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected. CSUSM offers excellent benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, participation in the California Public Employees’ Retirement System and educational benefits for eligible employees and eligible family members. This position is an Administrator III in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP). MPP positions serve at the pleasure of the President.
