We are inviting applications for the role of AVP, Content Moderation/ Operations Leader


In this role as Ops leader, you will be responsible for service delivery for a client in Hi-tech space, reporting to the Site Lead.
Responsibilities


  • Proven experience as Director/AVP of Operations or equivalent position

  • Lead teams of 150+ individuals; meet and exceed performance goals portfolio of Content Moderation across the region.
  • Work with all sub-functions within operations including Training, Quality, Workforce management
  • Key responsibilities include – driving performance against targets, best in class retention, business transformation and profitability

  • Network within the organization to build relationships at all levels (decision makers and influencers)

  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and setstrategic goals

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation

  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations



Required qualifications


  • Proven experience in leading large teams in 24/7 contact center environment
  • Ability to build relationships with CXO level stakeholders
  • Executive-level Presentation skills

  • Creative thinking/innovative mind-set

  • Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations

  • Experience demonstrating Digital and Analytics to drive the service line


Preferred qualifications


  • Operations experience, focused on credit card customer services and collections in a 24/7 contact center environment.

  • Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt Certified
