Lead the Student Financial Services (SFS) activities in support of the Universityâs modular academic calendar and distance education programs. Coordinate SFS systems, compliance, policies, communications and service for programs offered in modules or parts of term and/or online. Serve as the primary liaison for colleges, schools and campus departments to establish and implement new programs utilizing modular calendar formats. Administer financial aid, Bursar functions and provide direct service to students and families.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or finance related field and three yearsâ customer service experience in a financial setting required. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and effective analytical and technical skills required. Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate through difficult and emotional interactions with students and parents regarding personal financial challenges; ability to function in fast-paced environment with time management and organizational capabilities. Desktop and office automation skills required.
