Summary

The Area Manager, under the direct supervision of the Field Operations Director, shall support the day to day operations of the assigned office(s) and warehouse location(s).

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Functions:

Oversight and support of operations for branch office(s)

Drive team performance through organization and planning

Ensure that branch office(s) are operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures

Oversee the management of inventory levels

Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations

Assist with interviewing and training

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 3 years supervision and/or customer service experience
