Administrative Assistant to the CEO
Provide primary administrative support for the CEOâs office, including projects, daily operations, and board support. Attend board and committee meetings, maintain minutes in compliance with bylaw requirements, and under, the direction of the CEO, distribute data as needed to ensure a consistent and accurate flow of information throughout the organization. Assist in the administration of board governance, prepare board calendar, and awareness of scheduling and timing of events and meetings. Work with all departments to facilitate Museum operations, projects, and events.
This a full-time, non-exempt position and includes a benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, medical plan contribution, and 403(b) plan.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree; administrative experience; self-starter who is well organized with excellent communication and computer skills; ability to advance projects through systematic planning.
