Take your career to the next level and join us as the Vice President of Regional Behavioral Health! You will be responsible for the daily operations of an assigned group of behavioral Centers within a geographic location.
Position Highlights
Highly visible position charged with the efficient and profitable operation, delivery of quality care, and compliance with all state/federal regulations and company policies with assigned Centers.
Leadership role with direct reports being Center Administrators.
Position makes a direct impact on company P&L. Reviews monthly financial statements with Administrators and Senior Vice President to identify variances, concerns, explanations and solutions. Monitors census and marketing efforts for assigned centers.
Conducts on-site Center visits to monitor physical plant, attend meetings, review issues concerning financial, personnel and overall operations.
Conducts regional meetings attended by assigned Centers’ Administrators, key Center staff and regional support staff.
Reviews operating and capital budgets and monitor compliance with budgets.
Orients new Administrators and manages performance of Center Administrators
Approves expenditures and personnel actions
Manages the regional business planning process for assigned Centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess Bachelor Degree, preferably with an emphasis in Health Administration. Valid driver’s license is required. Ability to successfully motivate Center Administrators to meet goals is required. Must react quickly and calmly in emergencies. Working knowledge of all government regulations that impact assigned Centers is required. Understanding of accounting principles and a comprehensive knowledge of employee practices and standards is required.
