TenantBase is looking to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to lead a tenant representation team in our Nashville market.

TenantBase is a tech enabled commercial real estate brokerage firm that exists to help businesses find the perfect office space for their needs. We make the office space search and lease process easier by combining technology with our experienced local Real Estate Advisors to make the brokerage process more efficient in servicing a high volume of transactions.
This person will manage and grow a local team built around your experience and expertise in the Tennessee market. You will develop and manage a team of brokers to provide exceptional tenant representation services. Along with managing a team, you will utilize our unique platform to further your business development and expand your book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of local Commercial Real Estate Brokers
- Supervise all real estate activities in the market
- Conduct weekly meetings to review team pipelines and assist with local team needs
- Grow the local team and work directly with brokers to assist in Real Estate activity
- Conduct custom office space searches on behalf of tenants working with TenantBase
- Set and attend office space tours
- Prepare proposals and work with tenants throughout their office search and lease negotiations
- Procurement of new business opportunities through networking and referral management
- Report to regional and corporate personnel on team performance and revenue
- Collaborate with regional and corporate personnel on product and process improvements to support brokerage operations
