Responsibilities

NCI: As a VP of Capture Excellence, you will be responsible for working with Capture Leaders for the strategy development for all corporate focus opportunities. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI’s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.


Highlights of Responsibilities:
  • Develop framework for offer designs and specific capture strategies throughout the capture process
  • Creates a reusable repository of offer design artifacts
  • Establishes a market research repository for all AI trends, past performances, and white papers
  • Responsible for the past performance repository and creation of new past performance citations. Works with the operational team to identify specific speeds and feeds that will support the relevancy and recency requirements for the proposals
  • Responsible for OTA Responses and follow-up. Work as the technical/management liaison from the CTO group to the AI Operations group to ensure all OTA requests for white papers are written to meet requirements and have an execution plan for operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related technical discipline or equivalent related experience
  • At least fifteen (15) years of progressive relevant experience
  • Excellent understanding of government contracting essential
  • Knowledge of Shipley Process preferred
