Sr. Project Manager – Global Prescription Management

SUMMARY
The Sr Project Manager has responsibility in assisting the President of Global Prescription Management and the Leadership Team in understanding key opportunities and risks and framing critical decisions at the highest levels of the organization. Amplifies and enables the organization’s leadership by expanding capacity to manage a high-level portfolio including influencer relationship development and management, system and process development, goal setting and reporting. Facilitates collaborative initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Owns and executes a range of cross-functional projects ensuring metrics and deliverables are measured and met. Working at the highest level of the organization, the Sr Project Manager treats all information in a confidential manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leverage resources internally and externally to achieve the highest impact toward organization goals including research, content development, and management / oversight of special projects.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Plan and participate in leadership meetings and coordinate Internal meetings and Task Forces for key strategic initiatives and project priorities.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the President with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the programmatic initiatives.
- Ensure and provide smooth communication between the President and internal leaders/departments.
- Ensure keen awareness of President’s schedule working with President’s EA to ensure timely preparation of all relevant materials and/or briefings ahead of meetings utilizing exceptional PowerPoint and analytical abilities to drive communication and awareness.
- Responsible for driving clear, effective, and innovative strategy as the project manager of the annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews and other presentations as needed. Partner with finance on the development of systems, templates and effective communication of strategy.
- Develop corporate systems to track progress toward goals and regular reporting of progress.
- Synthesize operational metrics and qualitative insights to help monitor performance, hold leadership accountable, and proactively surface biggest opportunities and risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Marketing or other equivalent degree.
- Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a corporate environment.
- 3+ years international experience/exposure.
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
- Ability to work independently on projects and should be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters.
- Demonstrated success leading large projects across teams or organizations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strategic.
- Expertise in developing, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations to meet a variety of audience needs and perspectives.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing global operational and process improvements for the organization.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to effectively operate with all levels of the organization
- Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and proven experience with Excel and working with databases.
- Experience conveying key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Must exhibit strong desire to learn and understand the company’s operations and business needs.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Able to maintain a sense of urgency, sustained drive and high level of energy.
