About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sr. Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to help us retain our biggest asset, our existing customers. As a key member of the Americas CRM team, this ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving results via planning and executing retention campaigns across marketing channels. This role requires monitoring the business results and driving plans to ensure that business objectives are met. This person is creative, results-driven and has an unwavering “make it happen” attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day execution of retention campaigns including: Email, direct mail, mobile app and member portal

  • Manage projects for the creation of targeted campaigns, from creative intake through legal approval
  • Develop creative briefs based on objectives, target audiences, product positioning and strategy
  • Understand local market & user behavior/preference.
  • Oversee list pulls, promotion code creation, link creation and QA testing for campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, communication and quality assurance of campaigns
  • Partner with outside agency on requirements for set-up of intricate trigger based campaigns
  • Manage financial & customer impacts of all actions.
  • Monitor existing automated campaigns performance, and ensure creative is up to date and legal and brand compliant
  • Monitor business through reporting & testing tools. Interpret data & recommend action.
  • Provide high-level reporting on campaigns to key stakeholders (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate)
  • Process oriented, strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • 10+ years work experience in digital marketing, retention, data intelligence or ecommerce.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on that analysis
  • Detail-oriented candidate with strong follow through ability.
  • Customer focused individual who keeps customer experience top of mind
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working in a subscription business a plus.
  • BA/BS degree. MBA preferred, applicable experience required.
  • Analytical skills a plus.
