Project Manger/ Estimator
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of all Phases of industrial projects and Maintenance; as would be needed for working in operating food plants and pharmaceutical environments. That experience would include but not limited to: Civil and underground piping systems, Industrial pipe fitting and welding, millwright work, Structural steel and fabrication of platforms stairs etc and electrical control systems. This candidate will be responsible for managing crews in each discipline through their respective crew leaders making sure projects are constructed in a professional manner, with emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and budget.
A major part of this candidates responsibility will be in helping the supervisors estimate smaller day to day projects and estimating larger projects as they present themselves. Some training on estimation skills can be provided to the right candidate.
