Senior Manager, Global Sourcing

The Sr. Manager of Global Sourcing will be responsible for leading the implementation of a Source to Pay technology tool as part of CWTâs Finance Transformation project (e.g. Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification Management, and Payables).
The candidate will define and configure buying and contracting automation, driving transformational initiatives for the Sourcing organization, and partnering with the P2P lead to streamline buying functions.
The role will require leading the Sourcing vertical in a matrixed team to meet objectives, dotted-line team members, and partnership with functional leads to co-drive transformational change.
This role will drive sourcing and procurement digitization and process improvements to simplify the buying/contracting process and make it easy for employees to acquire the goods and services they need to be productive.
Requires understanding external best practices and an analytical mindset to create a roadmap of automation opportunities, prioritization, and resource planning to enable on time delivery via the matrixed team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as part of globally matrix organization is also highly desirable
- If you have strong analytical abilities and can influence without control across levels and geographies with effective communication abilities and can interact at all levels across globe we are keen to hear from you
- Strong problem management skills and project management experience with successful results.
- International exposure and multicultural experience
- Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
